Our knowledgeable staff has years of production experience in lighting design, sound engineering, and set building. Additionally, the Brewery Arts Center is able to provide a quality front of house experience including box office systems and concessions. Please Note
- Tables, linens, chairs, projector/screen, TV, and 2 wireless microphones are available as needed at no additional charge (availability subject to room specifics.)
- Maizie Theater rentals will incur an additional cost if seating configuration needs to be changed or removed. For every other space there is no setup or cleaning fee.
- No parties with alcohol over 4 hours long.
- A minimum of 30% is required to secure your date. A credit card must be held on file to be used if any damages occur to Brewery Arts Center property during your rental.
- All renters must provide liability insurance.
- Rentals must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event.
- Onsite light and sound technicians are available for an additional charge.
