Rentals

Our knowledgeable staff has years of production experience in lighting design, sound engineering, and set building. Additionally, the Brewery Arts Center is able to provide a quality front of house experience including box office systems and concessions. The Brewery Arts Center offers the total package required to facilitate your needs for a successful event. Please fill out the rental form so we know how to best accommodate you. Facility Rates

• Half Day Rental up to 6 hours in the Grand Ballroom, Performance Hall, Maize Theater, or Exhibition Hall
  • >50 attendees, $800

• Full Day Rental up to 12 hours in the Grand Ballroom, Performance Hall, Maizie Theater, or Exhibition Hall

  • $5000 for the first day, $2500 each additional day
  • $3000 for the first day, $1500 each additional day for nonprofit organizations.

Please Note

• Tables, linens, chairs, projector/screen, TV, and 2 wireless microphones are available as needed at no additional charge (availability subject to room specifics.)
• Maizie Theater rentals will incur an additional cost if seating configuration needs to be changed or removed. For every other space there is no setup or cleaning fee.
• No parties with alcohol over 4 hours long.
• A minimum of 30% is required to secure your date. A credit card must be held on file to be used if any damages occur to Brewery Arts Center property during your rental.
• All renters must provide liability insurance.
• Rentals must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event.
• Onsite light and sound technicians are available for an additional charge.
