DESCRIPTION:Join Travis Brass – the six member brass ensemble from the Air Force Band of Band of the Golden West for an exciting evening of brass chamber music! The group performs lively original music for brass\, orchestral and video game arrangements\, as well as patriotic classics. \nThe concert will be roughly an hour long\, with an opportunity to meet the members immediately following. \nTravis Brass is the resident brass ensemble of the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West\, comprised of two trumpets\, horn\, trombone\, tuba\, and percussion. One of the Band of the Golden West’s most versatile groups\,Travis Brass enjoys presenting performances every year at community recitals\, educational and recruitment outreach\, anthems at professional sporting events\, and outdoor military ceremonies. As part of the Band of the Golden West\, the mission of Travis Brass is to harness musical excellence to HONOR our nation and those who have served\, INSPIRE patriotism and resilience in our Airmen\, Guardians\, and nations’ citizens\, and CONNECT the Air Force with the American public and community partners.
