DESCRIPTION:Swagger was formed by Rick Butler in 2007 when he moved from California to Utah bringing his love of Irish music. Along with a local fiddler Dennis Harrington from (Chicago)\, put together a group of local  musicians to form the band. Swagger played their 1st. pub show at the PipderDown on April 24th\, 2007. The match was lit & the Band took off. Swagger has been honing their original brand of Celtic music at festivals and concert halls across the United States ever since. Well known for their high-energy stage performances and catchy original songs\, Swagger’s music is the expected Irish celebration of drink\, mischief\, and music\, which also dares to explore oppression and take an emigrant’s perspective on the virtues and vices of the Irish-American culture. \nAlong the way\, the band has shared the stage with such groups as The Young Dubliners\, The English Beat\,The Clumsy Lovers\, Howard Jones\, Brother\, Albanach\, Andy Frasco\, just to name a few. In 2010 Swagger assembled Utah’s 1st. Irish Music Festival at Deer Valley in front of 5\,000 new fans. After 3 years of hosting their own Irish festival\, the band hit the road performing at festivals along the west coast. \nSwagger has released 4 studio albums\, Trouble on the Green (2008)\, The Grave (2010)\, America Land (2013) & Gypsy Road (2017). DESCRIPTION:Bon Bon Vivant is a genre bending band from New Orleans that pull from singer-songwriter/ pop/ americana/ dark ballads and up-tempo indie dance music…but they would prefer you to just listen to the music. BBVs original music is rooted in storytelling and pays honor to a uniquely New Orleans sound while infusing an indie flavor that leaves a lasting mark on listeners. This band’s songs are joyous\, fierce\, honest and heartbreaking as they chronicle life and all it entails through the sounds of the minor keys. \nBon Bon Vivant has been playing music together since 2013\, formed in the French Quarter of New Orleans. BBV is lead by married musicians: songwriter /front-woman Abigail Cosio and Saxophonist/ vocalist Jeremy Kelley. The couple met in 2004\, and began playing music together in and around the Los Angeles local music scene\, performing at venues like the Hotel Cafe and The Silverlake Lounge. In 2009 they moved to New Orleans\, eventually forming Bon Bon Vivant from the community of musicians they met living in New Orleans. Abigails songwriting has reflected their life together in its many iterations\, a form of personal storytelling through this 20 year union. The bands unique instrumentation is also a thing to watch and leaves listeners reaching to identify what kind of music they are hearing.
