SUMMARY:Call to Artists | Members Group Exhibition | November 22nd thru December 21st 2025
DESCRIPTION:Brewery Arts Center is now accepting submissions for the inaugural members exhibition. This regional exhibition will highlight works from various mediums and all members are encouraged to apply. Applications are now open and close on October 31\, 5 p.m.  \n\n Artist name\, website and/or social media link \n Up to 3 jpg. images \n Titles \n Medium \n Size \n Price \n\nPlease complete this FORM to submit your work. Direct any questions or concerns to brooks@breweryarts.org \nArtists will be notified no later than November 7. Accepted artwork will need to be dropped at The Brewery Arts Center Exhibition Hall between Friday\, November 17 – 20 between 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. Other arrangements may be possible by contacting the email above.  \nThe exhibition will run November 22 – December 21. There will be an artist reception on Saturday\, December 13\, 12-2 p.m. free and open to the public. Exhibition Hall hours are Tuesday – Sat. 12 – 4 p.m.  \nThere are no fees to submit. There is a 30% gallery commission on sales.   \nUnsold artworks need to be picked up between January 2-3 2026. Other arrangements may be possible by contacting the email above. (Brewery Arts will be closed from December 22 – January 2)

DESCRIPTION:Proscenium Players is proud to present the first show of our 60th anniversary season\n\n\n𝐀𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄\n𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐊𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠\nDirected by Amelia Gotham\n\n\nIn Joseph Kesselring’s classic dark comedy “Arsenic and Old Lace\,” we are introduced to Mortimer Brewster\, a theater critic who stumbles upon a chilling revelation: his endearing aunts\, Abby and Martha\, have been engaging in acts of mercy by poisoning lonely elderly men. This shocking discovery thrusts Mortimer into a chaotic struggle to shield his charming yet misguided aunts from the law\, all while navigating the eccentricities of his family\, including the menacing criminal Jonathan and Teddy\, who fervently believes he is former President Theodore Roosevelt.\n\n\nThe play’s farcical elements are brilliantly accentuated through Mortimer’s comedic encounters with an inept police department and his persistently oblivious fiancé\, whose refusal to be sidelined adds to the comedic tumult.
