Kids Drawing Classes
 

After School Art (Ages 6-13) Session II

Students receive introduction in drawing and painting in various mediums. Small class size will ensure that each student will receive individualized attention geared towards his or her ability level. All materials are included in tuition.

Adult Drawing

Advanced Zentangle

Expanding upon the basic concepts learned in the “Zentangle 101″ class, you will learn 7 more patterns. In addition, specific techniques for embellishing your tangles and taking them to the next level! Prerequisite: Zentangle 101. Bring your mini kit from “Zentangle 101″. Other supplies will be available for purchase from instructor (tiles, micron pens..etc).

Zentangle Inspired Art -Workshop (ZIA’s)

This workshop is for those students who have already learned the basics of traditional Zentangle and want to take it in another direction. We will incorporate traditional Zentagle tangles with elements of design and color and the fun technique of art stamping to create two greeting cards. Plus, you will learn four new tangles! Bring your mini kit from Zentangle 101 and any coloring materials you may have…iec…colored pencils, gel pens, glaze pens, water color pens…etc. This instructor will provide additional materials for you to borrow. Prerequisite Zentangle 101 and Advanced Zentangle.  Pay $3 in class for supplies.

Silk Painting  (Advanced)

Join silk artist, Louise Noel, for a one-day journey into the brilliant and joyous realm of silk painting in an advanced project.  BAC pottery studio. $65 material fee to be paid to instructor. Saturday, 10:00am-3:00pm, February 18th, Instructor: Louise Noel

Oil Painting (adults)

Oil painting instruction of any subject matter, any skill level in a friendly supportive and creative atmosphere. Morning or afternoon sessions are available.

Pastel Painting (adults)

Instruction in the use and application of pastel medium along with general art principles.

Painting: Acrylic, Oil and Watercolor (adults)

Students will work on their own projects and the instructor will help them complete their painting from start to finish. Students may choose which medium they want to work in (oil, watercolor, or acrylic). Students will supply their own materials. Morning or afternoon sessions are available.
